Small jobs welcome
Too small for some electricians. Not for me.
A loose socket, one awkward light, a noisy fan or a short list of niggles can still affect daily life. These jobs deserve the same care as a larger project.
Jobs I regularly help with
- Replacing sockets, switches and damaged accessories
- Changing light fittings and installing additional lighting
- Replacing bathroom extractor fans
- Outdoor lights and PIR floodlights
- Cooker, oven and appliance connections
- Smoke, heat and carbon monoxide alarms
- Fault finding and tripping circuits
- Adding practical sockets for TVs, desks and appliances
How it works
1. Send the details
Include your postcode, a short description and clear photographs if you can. This often avoids an unnecessary survey.
2. Get a clear answer
I will confirm whether I can help, what information is missing and whether the work can be priced from your description.
3. Agree the work
The scope and price are agreed before the visit. If something hidden changes the job, it is discussed before extra work proceeds.
Minimum job fee: £75. This reflects the travel, administration, tools and professional time needed to attend and complete even a short job properly.
